Culinary Social Club Rules

Chef of the World Culinary Social Club

Our club centers on food, friendship, respect, and shared culinary experiences.

• Members and guests must treat one another with courtesy and respect.
•  Political and religious discussions are not permitted at club activities or through any club-related communication channels, including WhatsApp groups, chats, emails, or social media.
• Discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Personal businesses, products, services, or solicitations may not be promoted during club activities without prior approval.
• Members should arrive on time for scheduled events. If a member has registered for an event and is unable to attend, they must notify the club as soon as possible. 

 • Event payments are non-refundable. Many of our events have limited capacity, and registering reserves a space specifically for you. Once an event reaches capacity, other members may be unable to attend because that space has already been reserved. If you are unable to attend, your payment cannot be refunded or credited toward another event. Please notify the club as soon as possible if your plans change. 

 • Event reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-paid basis, regardless of membership category, unless otherwise specified for a particular event. A space is not considered reserved until payment has been received. 

 Caviar Patron and Silver Spoon members will receive a 48-hour priority reservation period before registration opens to other members. After that priority period, all available spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-paid basis.
• Members are welcome to bring guests to club events unless an activity is designated as Members Only. Guests attending events will pay the applicable non-member price. Some activities and special events may be exclusively reserved for active members and will be clearly identified as such.
• Event reservations and payments must be made by the announced deadline.
• Members are responsible for respecting the rules and policies of restaurants, wineries, venues, and businesses hosting club activities.
• Photos may be taken during club activities for club communications and social media. Members who prefer not to appear in photos should let us know.
• The club reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation when conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to these guidelines.

 • The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for serious misconduct or serious violations of club rules, including threatening, abusive, violent, disruptive, or unsafe behavior at club activities or through club-related communications. In the event of termination for serious misconduct, membership fees and dues already paid are non-refundable, and the individual may be prohibited from participating in future club activities. 

Our goal is simple: enjoy great food, discover new experiences, build friendships, and make every member feel welcome.
