Who is Chef Walter?

I am Chef Walter F. Busconi Lage, and I have built a successful culinary career spanning over 25 years. I have worked in a variety of kitchen environments, including small diners, family-owned restaurants, and prestigious establishments like the Coral Ridge Country Club. I've also had the privilege of collaborating with Celebrity Chef Jhonny V, known as the "Caribbean Cowboy," on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My experience includes serving as Head Chef in local restaurants, Line Chef at Coral Ridge Country Club, Banquet Chef at the Waldorf Astoria Resort, and Dining Services Director at an Assisted Living community.

I have rigorously enhanced my professional qualifications with diplomas in Culinary Arts, as well as in Nutrition and Diet Specialization. I take immense pride in these accomplishments as I consider them essential tools that empower me to deliver an exceptional culinary experience to my clients.

As a Personal Chef, my mission is clear: to create exciting, nutritious, and delicious meals. I am unwavering in my commitment to using the highest quality ingredients, maintaining freshness, and upholding strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

With roots in both Italian and French cuisine, my background significantly influences my culinary style, particularly in Italian cooking. Throughout my career, I have also explored various culinary traditions, immersing myself in their aromas, flavors, and textures, which I expertly weave into my dish creations.

While expertise and culinary techniques are crucial, I firmly believe there is an irreplaceable element that sets my dishes apart—the secret ingredient passed down from my mother and grandmother: COOKING WITH LOVE!
