I'm Chef Walter F. Busconi Lage. I started my career more than 20 years ago. During this journey, I worked in all kinds of kitchens, from small Diners family-owned restaurants, and Celebrity Chef Jhonny V, known as a "Caribbean Cowboy," in the fancy Las Olas Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I was Head Chef in small local restaurants in Fort Lauderdale, Line Chef at the Prestigious Coral Ridge Country Club. Banquet Chef at Waldorf Astoria Resort and Dining Services Director at Assisted Living community.
I have professionally prepared myself during this marvelous path by earning diplomas in Culinary Arts and Nutrition and Diet Specialist.
I'm very proud of these achievements because I consider this knowledge an essential tool to put my best capabilities at your service.
From the beginning of my career as a Personal Chef, I have always wanted to create exciting, nutritious, and delicious meals with the highest quality, freshness, hygiene, and sanitation, which is my commitment to you. I come from a mixed family from Italy and France; therefore, my roots are present in my food, basically Italian food. I have discovered other cultures with their culinary distinction through this marvelous profession. I have been so captivated by their aromas, flavor, and textures that I added them to my culinary creations.
Having many years of experience and knowing culinary techniques is very important. However, there is something I learn from my mother and my grandmother. It is the secret ingredient that makes delightful dishes: COOKING WITH LOVE!
