- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Events booked 7 days or less from the event date require 100% payment at booking.
- The deposit is applied toward your total event invoice.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Events may be rescheduled once, up to 6 months from the original date, subject to availability.
- Events may be rescheduled for natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or unforeseen situations — refunds will not be issued.
- Your final menu will be designed according to your food preferences.
- Up to two menu revisions may be requested before approval.
- Final menu must be approved at least 5 days before the event.
- After approval, no changes to the menu or guest count will be accepted.
- The final guest count must be confirmed at booking or no later than 5 days before the event.
- This number becomes your Guest Guarantee.
- The client is financially responsible for the full Guest Guarantee, even if fewer guests attend.
- Reductions to guest count are not accepted after confirmation.
- Additional guests may be added, subject to availability and additional cost.
- The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event.
- Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Personal Check.
- Events not paid in full by the deadline may be canceled without refund.
- Chef requires access to the kitchen 3 hours before the event starts time.
- Kitchen must be clean, functional, and with sufficient counter space.
- Appliances must be in working order.
- For safety and insurance reasons, no guests, children, or pets may enter the kitchen while cooking is in progress.
- Chef will cook, plate, and serve all courses as outlined in the agreement.
- Full kitchen cleanup is included.
- Additional time requested by the client will be billed at $100/hour per staff member.
- Chef is not a licensed bartender or alcohol distributor.
- Chef cannot purchase or serve alcohol.
- The client is solely responsible for informing the chef of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days before the event.
- Chef is not liable for allergic reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.
- Chef is not responsible for damage caused by malfunctioning appliances, power outages, or unsafe cooking environments.
- Chef is not responsible for injuries unrelated to food handling or preparation.
