For an hors D'oeuvres, the only party served in place of a meal, allow fourteen pieces for gues and choose seven or fourteen different hors D'oeuvres. Minimum 25 guests.


For a stand-up wedding reception, allow twelve pieces per guest and choose eight to ten different savory hors D'oeuvres and two to four different sweet hors D'oeuvres. Minimum 50 guests.
