For a two-three-hour cocktail party, allow approximately ten pieces per gust and choose five or ten different hors D'oeuvres. Minimum 25 guests.
For an hors D'oeuvres, the only party served in place of a meal, allow fourteen pieces for gues and choose seven or fourteen different hors D'oeuvres. Minimum 25 guests.
