  As a certified nutritionist and personal chef, I design customized menus for every lifestyle — from gluten-free and lactose-free to keto, Mediterranean, and DASH. I handle everything from menu planning to cooking in your home, leaving your kitchen spotless.

How It Works

 Each service begins with a complimentary consultation in your home to understand your dietary needs and preferences. After that, I design a tailored menu, do the shopping, and cook in your kitchen. Meals are portioned in your own containers and stored in your refrigerator, ready to enjoy. I always leave the kitchen spotless. 

SERVICE TERMS

 

Each dish is prepared in a minimum of two portions—no single servings. Service begins with a free in-home consultation to review your kitchen, discuss dietary needs, and complete a food preference questionnaire.

After this, a one-time trial cooking session is scheduled. If you choose to continue, services are arranged under monthly contracts, which automatically renew.

Whether you need gluten-free, lactose-free, keto, DASH, or Mediterranean meals, I create personalized menus designed to support your health and lifestyle goals

My mission is to make eating well effortless. With over 25 years of experience as a chef and certified training in nutrition and diet, I combine gourmet cooking with health-conscious planning. Contracts are flexible and adapted to your lifestyle 

Sample Mediterranean Menu (5 Dishes)

 

  • Grilled Salmon with Lemon & Herbs
    Served with roasted seasonal vegetables and a light olive oil drizzle.
     
  • Quinoa & Chickpea Salad
    With cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, parsley, and a lemon–tahini dressing.
     
  • Mediterranean Chicken Stew
    Slow-cooked chicken with olives, tomatoes, and aromatic spices, paired with brown rice.
     
  • Stuffed Bell Peppers
    Filled with a mix of lentils, spinach, and feta cheese, baked until golden.
     
  • Eggplant Moussaka
    Layers of roasted eggplant, lean ground beef, tomato, and béchamel, a classic Mediterranean dinner dish.
